Job Description:
The Project Coordinator will serve as the communication bridge between clients and internal project teams,
ensuring transparent updates, smooth coordination, and timely delivery of all project commitments. The role
involves requirement documentation, progress tracking, scheduling, reporting, and ensuring alignment between
client expectations and internal execution.
The coordinator will work closely with teams across Salesforce, Testing, Web Development (MERN Stack,
Laravel, PHP, Shopify, WordPress), and Integrations. This is a non-development role suitable for individuals
looking to grow in Client Servicing, Project Operations, or Delivery Management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure clear, professional communication.
• Coordinate with Salesforce, Testing, Web, and Integration teams on deliverables and timelines.
• Document requirements, meeting minutes, action items, and change requests accurately.
• Track project milestones, identify risks, and escalate bottlenecks proactively.
• Prepare concise status reports and maintain project trackers and documentation.
• Ensure alignment of deliverables, quality standards, and timelines across teams.
