We are looking for a Cloud Support Engineer to join our growing team.
This is a great role for someone who wants to work with leading technologies in cloud computing technology on the Amazon Web Services, Redhat / Linux, Windows & on-premises platforms with various tools.
Please apply if you have
- Experience of up to 1 year in supporting Cloud environments (AWS/Azure and SaaS environments)
- Preferably AWS or Azure certified.
- Good knowledge & sound understanding of UNIX systems (Linux, Redhat, Solaris) & Windows Systems (Windows 2012, 2016, 2019 …)
- Knowledge of Storage Systems (NFS shares a big plus)
- Good understanding & networking experience of Routers, Switches, firewalls would be added advantages
- Should be aware of ITIL processes
